In the vibrant month of June, as summer flourishes and all things thrive, it marks a golden season for agricultural production and scientific research exchange. During this period of vitality, the technical team of Aerowind | Agrifan once again embarked on a journey, bringing “Made in China” agricultural environmental control technology into the halls of higher education.

At the gracious invitation of Professor He Dongxian from the College of Water Resources and Civil Engineering, China Agricultural University, who is also a scientist at the National Chinese Herbal Medicine Industry Technology System's Intelligent Control Post, Aerowind | Agrifan engineers Cheng Lin and Hou Chen made a special visit to China Agricultural University in June. They engaged in an in-depth technical exchange and intellectual discussion with the faculty and students.
01 Technical Exchange at a Top University During the exchange meeting, Aerowind | Agrifan engineers Cheng Lin and Hou Chen primarily showcased Aerowind | Agrifan's latest research achievements and application cases in the field of greenhouse positive pressure ventilation systems. Both parties engaged in lively discussions around core topics such as “how to improve greenhouse environmental uniformity through precise airflow organization” and “the application of EC motor technology in agricultural energy saving.” Professor He Dongxian highly praised Aerowind | Agrifan's breakthroughs in developing low-noise, high-efficiency fans, especially Aerowind | Agrifan's visualized ventilation simulation technology for high-end semi-closed greenhouse development, which provides a scientific digital solution to the pain point of traditional greenhouse ventilation having “low airflow at the front and high airflow at the rear.”

02 Solving Industry Pain Points: A Technological Leap from “Blowing Wind” to “Creating Wind” During the exchange, the Aerowind | Agrifan team shared the company's development journey since its establishment in 2007, particularly its transformation from a single product to a system solution provider. For various scenarios such as greenhouse agriculture and industrial drying, Aerowind | Agrifan demonstrated how it utilizes aerodynamic principles to optimize duct design, ensuring uniform airflow distribution within ducts up to a hundred meters long and avoiding the phenomenon of “pressure stagnation.”

Key Technical Highlights:
· EC Motor Technology: Aerowind | Agrifan is one of the first manufacturers in China to promote EC fans. Through electronic commutation motor technology, seamless integration of fans has been achieved, significantly reducing energy consumption and improving system control precision.
· Static Guide Vane Design: Through a unique flow channel design, the rotational velocity component at the outlet is reduced, converting unnecessary dynamic pressure into static pressure, thereby increasing fan efficiency.
· High-Molecular Composite Materials: The use of a new generation of high-molecular composite materials for fan blades not only ensures corrosion resistance and long lifespan but also breaks through the limits of traditional fans in terms of aerodynamic performance.
At the exchange site, engineer Cheng Lin presented real operational data comparisons from Aerowind | Agrifan's global project cases. Under the same airflow demand, the energy efficiency of the new generation EC fans showed significant improvement compared to traditional equipment.

03 Empowering Modern Agriculture with Intelligence and Quality We deeply understand that the development of modern agriculture is inseparable from intelligent support. Through the exchange with Professor He Dongxian's team, we have further solidified our mission to “innovate ventilation technology and continuously create multi-dimensional value.”
In the future, Aerowind | Agrifan will continue to uphold the core philosophy of “high efficiency and energy saving,” deeply cultivate the field of aerodynamics, and apply more high-quality products like 36-inch high-pressure fans and circulation fans to vast fields and modern greenhouses, contributing more to the intelligent and green development of global agricultural greenhouses. Once again, we thank Professor He Dongxian for her gracious hospitality and China Agricultural University for providing the exchange platform.
Aerowind | Agrifan will continue to strive, constantly explore the mysteries of air, and become a leading global provider of ventilation technology solutions.
